Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian consumer protection code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions within the meaning of Art. 1382 ZGB:
Cancellation of your reservation must be made in writing and is free of charge if canceled up to 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. We will credit the deposit made to you for your next stay with us and it is valid for one year. In the event of cancellation up to 16 days before the start of the holiday, we calculate the cost of the deposit for the holiday apartment booked. If you cancel up to 15 days before the start of your holiday, we charge 80% of the costs.
